 Why are electricians so expensive?

Qualified Electricians are highly skilled and knowledgeable in the trade and have spent extensive time troubleshooting electrical issues, studying electrical code and providing electrical services. As with any great profession it takes time to develop the skills needed to provide great electrical service. Qualified electricians understand your electrical system inside and out and have the knowledge and expertise to complete your wiring needs in a safe and legal manner.

A licensed electrician has a tremendous liability for every electrical service he provides. He becomes personally responsible for one of the most dangerous and volatile systems in your home or place of business. Electricity is not something that you want to leave to an amateur. You should always pay the extra cost and hire a qualified electrician to do the job.

For a little more insight into what it takes to provide great electrical service here is a breakdown of a typical service call for one of our electricians.
